Nathan Gesner was born and raised in the small logging community of Gates, Oregon (pop. 800). At the age of 17, he joined the military and spent the next 21 years service across the country and around the world.

While stationed in Colorado Springs, Colorado he met and married Angie (Wood), a Cody native. Although they continued with the military for another nine years, they always knew Cody would be their home town after the military. They moved to Cody in 2008 and settled in just in time to start kindergarten for their son, Jeremy.

After a couple years with the Department of Family Services in Powell, Nathan decided the time was right to try something new. He always dreamed of working for himself and had a particular attraction to Property Management. So he obtained his Wyoming Real Estate license and entered the real estate market. Many questioned his sanity since the market was really slowing down in the Cody area, but Nathan believed that God would provide no matter what and jumped in with both feet.

Just months after obtaining his license, he was presented with the opportunity to purchase an existing company with a large Property Management portfolio. This was exactly what he had dreamed of doing! The details were hammered out and he was soon neck deep in rentals, busier than he could have imagined. Over the next few years, he refined processes, increased services to owners and tenants, and has built a reputation as the #1 Property Manager in Cody and the greater Big Horn Basin.

Nathan obtained his Broker license in 2013. Nathan predicted a rebound in the sales market, so they started building a real estate sales team to better serve the community and current clientele. His focus is first and foremost on integrity and treating every client like their best client.
